Abstract

¿¬±¸¸ñÀû: ÀÌ ¿¬±¸´Â ¿ì¸®³ª¶ó Á¾ÇÕº´¿ø °£È£»çµéÀÇ °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°ü, °£È£±Ù¹«È¯°æ°ú ȯÀÚ¾ÈÀü°£È£È°µ¿ÀÇ °ü°è ¹× ȯÀÚ¾ÈÀü°£È£È°µ¿¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» ÆľÇÇϱâ À§ÇÑ ¿¬±¸ÀÌ´Ù.

¿¬±¸¹æ¹ý: 6°³ Á¾ÇÕº´¿ø¿¡ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ´Â 270¸íÀÇ °£È£»ç¸¦ ´ë»óÀÇ Á¶»ç¿¬±¸·Î¼­ Á¶»ç±¸Á¶È­µÈ ¼³¹®Áö¸¦ ÅëÇØ ÀÚ·á¼öÁýÀ» ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÚ·áºÐ¼®Àº SPSS/WIN 21.0À» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ±â¼úÅë°è, t °ËÁ¤, ºÐ»êºÐ¼®, »ó°ü°ü°è, ´ÙÁßȸ±ÍºÐ¼®À» ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸°á°ú: °¢ º¯¼öÀÇ Æò±Õ Á¡¼ö´Â °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°ü(3.51¡¾0.41), °£È£±Ù¹«È¯°æ(2.44¡¾0.45), ȯÀÚ¾ÈÀüÈ°µ¿(4.39¡¾0.50)ÀÌ´Ù. ȯÀÚ¾ÈÀü°£È£È°µ¿Àº °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°üÀÇ ÇÏÀ§ ¿µ¿ª Áß¿¡¼­ ¡®Àü¹®Á÷ Àھư³³ä¡¯(r=.15, p=.019), ¡®»çȸÀû Àνġ¯(r=.10, p=.036), ¡®°£È£ÀÇ Àü¹®¼º¡¯(r=.24, p<.001), ±×¸®°í ¡®°£È£½Ç¹«ÀÇ ¿ªÇÒ¡¯(r=.16, p=.012)°ú À¯ÀÇÇÑ Á¤(+)ÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è°¡ ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ȯÀÚ¾ÈÀü°£È£È°µ¿¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀº ¡®°£È£ÀÇ Àü¹®¼º¡¯(¥â=.22)°ú ¡®¾çÁúÀÇ °£È£¸¦ À§ÇÑ ±â¹Ý¡¯(¥â=.15)À¸·Î ÀÌ µÎ °¡Áö ¿äÀÎÀÌ È¯ÀÚ¾ÈÀü°£È£È°µ¿À» 8% ¼³¸íÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î Á¶»çµÇ¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: ÀÌ ¿¬±¸°á°ú °£È£°ü¸®ÀÚ°¡ ȯÀÚ¾ÈÀü°£È£È°µ¿À» ÁõÁø½ÃÅ°±â À§ÇØ ÀûÀýÇÑ °£È£±Ù¹«È¯°æÀ» Á¶¼ºÇÏ°í °£È£»çÀÇ Àü¹®Á÷°üÀ» À¯Áö ÁõÁøÇϴµ¥ ÁßÁ¡À» µÎ¾î¾ß ÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the relationships among nursing professionalism, nursing work environment,and patient safety activities, and to analyze the factors influencing nurses¡¯ patient safety nursing activities.

Methods: This descriptive study included 270 nurses from six general hospitals. Questionnaires were used to collectdata between August 20 and September 21, 2018, using questionnaires. Analyses included descriptive statistics,t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression, conducted using IBMSPSS/WIN 21.0.

Results: Mean scores on nursing professionalism, nursing work environment, and patient safetynursing activities were 3.51¡¾0.41, 2.44¡¾0.45, and 4.39¡¾0.50, respectively. The patient safety nursing activitiesscore was positively correlated with subscales of nursing professionalism variable: professional self-concept (r=.15,p=.019), social recognition (r=.10, p=.036), professional identity in nursing (r=.24, p<.001), role of nursing practice(r=.16, p=.012), nursing foundation for quality of care (r=.19, p=.003), and nurse manager¡¯s ability (r=.14, p=.031).
Patient safety nursing activities were influenced by professional identity in nursing (¥â=.22, p=.001) and nursing foundationfor quality of care (¥â=.15, p=.001), which explained 8.0% of the variance.

Conclusion: These results suggestthat nurse managers should focus on creating an appropriate nursing environment and facilitating nursing professionalismto enhance hospital nurses¡¯ patient safety nursing activities.
